Holographic Breathing

In the first seminar we look at the basic principles of Holographic Breathing and how it works. It is a bit like starting a car, then in the later seminars we learn how to go for a drive, and discover different inner principles and dynamics.

The second seminar

In the second seminar we use Holographic Breathing to find a deep dark female energy in ourselves and connection to the earth, a place where we can rest and find our home.

Then with our home here we can invite the higher more male energies to play and heal, This seminar is for both men and women.

We also use Holographic Breathing to go into the void, a place life is created from and goes back to. This connection to creation is a place we can relax and reform anew. Once we have mastered this principle we can use it to heal our selves in a very real way

The Winter Solstice

Journeying around the sun,

at Yule, she turns furthest from the light.

Here In the dark of the long night she is veiled,

and here she comes to the fullness of her union with creation.

To enter is to hold Death closest to our heart.

And as we do, we gently move through the veil.

Slowly we come to a clearing, deep stillness is around.

Our Journey from the sun has come to its full.

And in rare quietness we sit,

time is no more

Here in this place, we gently slip into the void

and bathe in the energies of creation.

when we are cleansed, and fully drunken from the cup,

she continues on her journey around, and we edge back closer to the light.

slipping out through her veils in birth, we are new, and journeying to the sun.

The Third Seminar

The Third seminar is a must for any one who enjoys and finds Holographic Breathing beneficial.  In this seminar we look at the sideways expansion of the breath through the body.  In the first seminar we are looking more at the vertical motion of the breath.  When the side ways motion is added to this the breathing becomes three dimensional, and the effect and benifit of Holographic Breathing rises many fold. It is hard to quantify, as you move onto a new level with it.

the vertical motion is much more to do with the male energies and the connection of higher and lower, heaven and earth.

The expansion to the sides and back to the middle is to do with the female energies. It receives this more vertical energy and spreads it out through the body, everything becomes softer. In this communication there is an relationship that starts between the inner male and female energies.

There is a specific way and dynamic that brings this motion into being and from there it spreads through the whole body.

Also in this seminar we work with the brain, spine and central nervous system, and a way of bring them to life. Most participants find that they can feel and see these areas in a way that they could not before.

There is a lot of material to the third seminar, a 20 minute talk and 4 audio downloads totalling four hours of audio tuition.

We also start working with facial balancing, how the bones of the face move, and how this effects the body.

In the last part we work with the forward backward relationship and how this opens.

Although there is a lot of material in this seminar it can not be separated so I have put it all in one.   It is a major and essencial part of the make up of Holographic Breathing,  and every seminar after this relates to it in some way or another.
