The seminars are journeys each opening a different part of our natural reality.

Seminar one

In this seminar we learn the basic principles of Holographic Breathing. These principles are already part of us as a physical memory, and in learning it, the memory comes back to life.

Holographic Breathing becomes as natural as our normal breathing and has a potency, life and healing to it.

We allow this experience to travel through the whole body, connecting to our natural energies, and allowing ourselves to be nurtured by the higher energies of the universe.

Seminar two

Through our evolution we have moved from a more tribal and ritual life; in union with the earth and spirit, into the intellect and industrial age. In doing this we have lost touch with the reality we once had.

On mass we have moved away from a deep female energy, our connection to the earth and the earth within us.
This has happened in both men and women and has had a specific effect on our breathing.

This is not to say that this age is somehow wrong or that we should separate ourselves from it. Nothing is outside the divine unfolding of life.

We can evolve, and still regain that which we have lost.

There is a way to remedy the way this age and education has affected our breathing.
In learning this there is a remembrance of how we used to breathe. Breathing in this way we drop back into that which we lost; our organism balances, we relax back into this deep female energy and the earth. This is like coming home again.

In this nurturing place, the higher energies can come to us, as this is the place where we can receive them.

In this seminar we also learn how to immerse ourselves in the energy the breath is born out of.

A universal energy comes to us and when it arrives it becomes the breath and all its manifestations through the body.

This energy is one. As it becomes the breath, it becomes two; in and out. This energy is the place everything manifests from and goes back to.
In this seminar we learn how bathe in the source of this energy.

Seminar three

In this seminar we use Holographic Breathing to experience the different levels of energy and consciousness embodied in the face, and how it is holographically reflected through the body.

The mouth relates to the hara, strength and movement.

The sinuses and nasal passageways relate to the heart, fluid systems and feelings.

The eyes, relate to the brain, nervous system, higher energies and the heavens.

In this seminar we also experience how to connect to the higher energies and the intelligence behind holographic breathing. This can be profound.

Seminar four

In Holographic Breathing a physical wave like motion flows through the body in synchronicity with, and founded in the breath.

In this seminar we experience the horizontal expression of that motion; opening out to the sides and then back to the centre. Energetically this relates to the feminine within us, and to her connection with the earth, love and health.

In the first seminar we were more involved with the vertical expression of this motion; up and down the body, which relates more to our male aspects, transforming the sexual energies and the connection to the heavens.

In this seminar the male and female expressions of the breath start to communicate, nurture and interweave with each other; a tantra begins. This feels very nice and is very transformative.

This seminar involves Holographic Breathing becoming more whole and rounded.

Generally people really enjoy this seminar.

Seminar five.

Within Holographic Breathing everything really is holographic, and there is the possibility of experiencing the reality of anything in the universe. This is as everything is a reflection of everything else and based on the same evolutionary matrixes and life. We really are not alone.

In this seminar we experience the reality of being a fish, a dolphin and a whale.
These in reality are part of are own make up and we have the experience of being them in our own evolution in the womb, and in the history of evolution on the planet.

Using the principles learnt in seminar four we can experience being a fish. There is a lot to learn from fish about the horizontal motion of the breath, and its relationship to how they breathe, swim, and integrate within their environment.

Then we learn how to be aware of the movement of the breath in a different way. This brings the experience of being a dolphin. We have a similarity in spirit and a kinship with these beings. They are like our sisters from the sea.

Then from here there is another way of being with the movement of breath that provokes the experience of being a whale. Swimming as the whale we realise these wonderful beings are attuned to the energetic vibration of planet earth. Whales are also very connected to the celestial currents and universal energies.

I don’t think we have fathomed the effect of destroying these emissaries of our planet. If the whales go so do we. They hold something very precious and integral for the welfare of the planet.

There is something very healing about having the experience of being these different forms of life. We cannot help but become more in aligned with nature, mother earth and all she holds.

Seminar six.

In this seminar we learn how the hands, feet, arms and legs align with the breathing.

There are some basic movements involved in this seminar that systematically align through the whole body from the toes to the brain.

Along with experiencing the orientation and energy of the arms and legs, this seminar is great for aligning the pelvis and spine.

Seminar seven

Generally by this point the face and mouth has become much more supple.
In this seminar the tongue profoundly relaxes and starts communicating through the whole body, its energetic systems and its connection to the earth and heavens.

In this state of deep relaxation the tongue naturally takes up a new position.
The effect of this is that Holographic Breathing becomes deeper and more transformative.

After learning this, my body went through a deep transformation, which has not stopped. Along with the first four seminars this is part of the basic make up of Holographic Breathing and strongly advised.

Seminar eight

Along with all of its healing qualities, Holographic Breathing is starting to be used by mothers in pregnancy and childbirth. All of the first modules can be related to the pelvis.

In general, the jaw relates to the pelvis, and the soft movement of the jaw relaxes the pelvis.

Also in this seminar we learn how the different bones of the pelvis relate to the different bones of the face, how they move, their qualities and energy. As the pelvis comes to life there is an awesome quality of creation, reflected in the creative power of the earth and universe.

When all the bones and energies of the pelvis are moving, communicating and nourishing each other, the pelvis seems to melt, and becomes a portal for universal energy.

Seminar nine

Due to our education and integration into society the spirit has become resident in the brain and intellect. We have lost the abilities to travel in our own body.

In this seminar it becomes natural for the spirit to move to the pelvis. We actually go there.

The last time we were in a pelvis, we were being born.

We have that experience again, but not as a memory, replaying our previous birth.
We experience a new birth, through our own pelvis, at our own pace, unfolding in an orgasmic and natural way, whilst being held by the creative energies of mother earth and the universe.

We are the mother giving birth, the baby being born, moving in synchronicity, together, a fundamental separation is unified; a yin yang is merged and we become one.

The karma and lineage of being born and giving birth; mother to daughter, mother to daughter, back to Adam and eve, melts. This karma is primarily held physically in the pelvis and reflected through the whole body, this also melts.

This is a very freeing experience and gives us a new orgasmic imprint to orientate from. This process brings a profound healing to us and our pelvis.

Seminar Ten

In this seminar we use Holographic Breathing to go on a journey to the centre of the earth.

The energies of the different layers within the earth, relate to the different structures and energies of the face, and these relate holographically through the whole body.

The earth represents all of these holograms, but on this occasion she embodies the hologram of the sexual organs, and as the earth is female, she relates to the female genitalia.

In travelling through these different energies, we heal and explore our own genitalia.
In both women and men the organs mirror and compliment each other: the vagina and penis; uterus and prostate; ovaries and testis.

The crust of the earth has the quality of the hara, it has strength and structure.
In the face this relates to the mouth and jaw, in the female genitalia it relates the vagina.
As we drop into the depths of the crust of the earth, it has the deep, dark, receptive energy of the vagina.

The magma relates to the heart and embodies the qualities of love.
In the face this relates to the sinuses and nasal passageways; in the genitalia this relates to the uterus.
They all have a warm, red, loving energy of the heart and as we move through the magma, it’s has the reality and sensuality of the womb.

The central part of the earth is a giant fluid crystal and is to do with the brain, nervous system and higher energies.

In the face this relates to the eyes, in the genitalia the ovaries.
It takes on the form of a giant ovum. The sensation of moving through this is of fluid crystalline light and opaque colours with the quality of pure creation.

When we reach the very centre of the ovum and earth, there is a sphere not much bigger than ourselves. This sphere has a darker hue, a very particular quality, and is very attractive. As we move into this sphere, the earth disappears and we move into the void before creation. The space everything is created from and returns to.

In this space everything dissolves and goes home. It is rejuvenating at the deepest levels.
When we have been there long enough, we return back to the womb of the earth. This is the experience of being conceived, with the earth and universe as our new guardians.

In the womb the intellect is not yet developed and the spirit naturally centres in and around the heart. The body forms around this love intelligence and is nurtured by the earth.

Finally we start to move through the darker and more physical qualities of the earth crust and vagina. We are given back and born to the surface, where the light and heavenly energies mix with the earth to sustain life and abundance.

This seminar is very good for women wanting to conceive. And the last three seminars among other things are good for fertility, pregnancy and birth.
